- Compose weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc business recaps and analyses on financial performance.
- Collaborate with the Kering data team to maintain report accuracy and enhance report functions.
- Conduct weekly price spread analysis.
- Manage carry over SKU monthly estimates for 12 months, working with merchandising and demand planning teams.
- Monitor carry over stock levels and implement permanent strategies with merchandising.
- Conduct bi-weekly target stock projections and provide hindsight analysis to support forecasts.
- Assist planning leader in setting category targets for all DOS doors in Anaplan.
- Develop campaign category sales plans based on sales trends and guide retail teams to achieve targets.
- Create collection sales plans and identify newness needs to achieve category sales plans.
- Simulate seasonal OTB to support collection sales strategy.
- Support the Planning team in ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Coordinate with vendors for family and friends sales events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics desired.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of supply chain, demand planning, and logistics.
- Quantitative analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in Anaplan, JDA, or Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work across functional areas and interact at distance.
- Adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity.
2-4 years of previous working experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury/fashion business.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics desired.
