- Compose weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc business recaps and analyses on financial performance.
- Collaborate with the Kering data team to maintain and enhance report accuracy and functionality.
- Conduct weekly price spread analysis.
- Manage carry-over SKU monthly best estimates for a rolling 12-month period, working closely with local merchandising and HQ demand planning teams.
- Monitor carry-over stock levels and implement permanent strategies with merchandising to ensure adequate stock levels for key items.
- Conduct bi-weekly target stock projections based on sales plans and provide hindsight analysis to support forecasting.
- Assist the planning leader in setting category targets for all DOS doors in Anaplan.
- Develop campaign category sales plans based on current sales trends and guide the retail team to achieve campaign targets.
- Create collection sales plans by identifying newness needs to meet category sales goals.
- Simulate seasonal OTB to fulfill collection sales strategies.
- Support the Planning team in ad hoc projects and assignments.
- Coordinate with vendors for family and friends sales as a key contact point.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in supply chain, demand planning, and logistics.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and computer proficiency.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Anaplan, JDA, or Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent data analysis and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the luxury/fashion industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work across functional areas and interact remotely.

2-4 years of experience in a similar planning role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
