- Design and support Compensation and Benefits Strategies through comprehensive data analysis.
- Lead the annual salary review campaign for the EMEIA Region.
- Prepare and analyze data for salary surveys.
- Advise the EMEIA HR community on compensation and benefits projects and initiatives.
- Control and consolidate personnel data within the HR reporting tool monthly for the EMEIA scope.
- Manage HR Costs reporting system ensuring alignment with EMEIA Finance.
- Perform monthly budget variance analysis and initiate budgetary control actions.
- Prepare and consolidate the EMEIA personnel costs Budget and Forecasts.
- Coordinate personnel costs matters with EMEIA HR Business Partners.
- Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries for EMEIA stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and simulations.
- Participate in the optimization of existing and new HR tools.
- Graduate from a Business School.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Autonomous project management and responsibility-taking.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong ethical standards and high level of discretion.
3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Financial Controlling.
Graduate from a Business School.
