- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide training and development for new and existing client advisors.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all clients and visitors.
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
- Create personalized and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
- Maintain a transparent and genuine relationship with clients to foster unique connections.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
- Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
- Support front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team spirit.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
- Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Base compensation ranges from $18/hr to $20/hr, with commission eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
