- Proven experience in managing local and international clientele.
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement business strategies.
- Keen interest in fashion trends and product knowledge.
At least 4 years of experience in luxury ready-to-wear sales, with a focus on client management.
