Yves Saint Laurent RTW Quality Technician

- Monitor the entire knitwear production process at manufacturers, providing technical support and advice to ensure the finished product meets the company's aesthetic and quality standards.
- Schedule inspections at suppliers based on instructions from the supervisor.
- Evaluate potential production issues and propose solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with development, industrialization, and production departments to manage challenges and define optimal technical solutions.
- Report any discrepancies in progress and delivery timelines to the supervisor.
- Assist the team in sourcing new suppliers according to company needs.
- Experience in luxury fashion companies or direct suppliers within a clothing production department and/or in knitwear quality control roles.
- Excellent knowledge of the technical characteristics of materials and garment structure.
- Strong inclination towards process review and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and/or French.
- Technical expertise in knitwear production.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
Experience in luxury fashion companies or direct suppliers within a clothing production department and/or in knitwear quality control roles is required.
