1. Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including atelier, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, and aftersales.
2. Support the follow-up of RTW production processes.
3. Update systems and documentation with RTW production information.
4. Monitor dashboards for various departments such as Production and Compliance.
5. Assist in the administrative management and organization of files.
6. Participate in setting up the model depot space.
7. Conduct and track projects related to sustainability initiatives.
8. Analyze collection models to determine necessary tests and supplier alerts.
9. Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
10. Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups according to production deadlines.
11. Communicate test reports.
12. Verify composition labels for regulatory compliance.
13. Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.

1. Higher education in business management (equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including data extraction and pivot tables).
2. Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a significant asset.
4. Dynamic and curious with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, service orientation, and availability.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with fashion operations is beneficial.

Higher education in business management (equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5).
