1. Compile monthly regional completion reports for digital modules.
2. Update tracking documents and support materials such as directories and training catalogs.
3. Monitor invoicing for external trainers and consultants.
4. Oversee the completion of translation reviews for training materials.
5. Contribute innovative ideas for digital approaches in retail training projects.
6. Share insights and propose solutions for the creation of in-person training modules.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (4th year or higher) or on a gap year from a Business School.
2. Fluency in English is essential.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail training and luxury fashion is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in progress or equivalent in Business or related field.

Internship with the opportunity to gain experience in a leading luxury fashion house.
