- Assist in delivering weekly and monthly KPI NPS reports.
- Conduct regular retail performance analyses and ad hoc studies.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations on retail performance programs for top management.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the Worldwide Bonus Scheme.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital boutique tools.
- Support the deployment and construction of projects related to customer and employee experience, including the NPS program and Customer Experience Evaluation program.
- Prepare presentation materials for projects.
- Support transversal Retail Excellence projects, including retail operations and training.
- Assist the Retail Excellence events team in organizing retail seminars.
- Manage and monitor the internal retail excellence group on Workplace, including content creation.
- Coordinate with regions and other HQ departments (Image, IT, e-Business) on various topics, including marketing tools, follow-up, feedback, and information sharing.
- Enrolled in a business school, seeking a final year internship.
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel, including macros, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interest in data and analysis.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Team-oriented with strong adaptability and integration skills.
- High learning capacity, proactive, and adaptable.
- Organized, attentive, and meticulous.
Previous experience in retail, particularly within the luxury or fashion sectors, is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree from a business school.
