1. Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating operational activities across the Italian and Greek retail network.
2. Draft and update global operation manuals in alignment with headquarters' guidelines.
3. Analyze and enhance back-of-house and store processes.
4. Support activities related to new store openings, seasonal reopenings, and relocations.
5. Provide daily support to stores, including managing uniforms, stationery, and IT materials.

3. Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills.
4. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
5. Meticulous attention to detail.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; international experience is advantageous.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, but a background in retail operations or a related field is advantageous.
