Yves Saint Laurent Retail Operations Assistant

- Coordinate omnichannel services including in-store order reservations, client appointment data tracking, remote sales data analysis, and queue management tool implementation.
- Manage catering orders for boutiques, including budget and invoice handling.
- Contribute to the training of field teams on omnichannel topics.
- Identify boutique needs for omnichannel services, packaging, uniforms, and orders.
- Analyze commercial and operational performance indicators through monthly retail application reports.
- Support boutiques with Aftersales and BeforeSales needs.
- Replenish boutiques with packaging and uniforms.
- Participate in the development of back-office objectives in coordination with HR.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Oracle, Tableau Analytics, Xstore, and Esker is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills for monthly reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in team settings, coordinating with suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus.
