Yves Saint Laurent Retail Operations and Performance Manager

- Partner with the Retail Head and General Manager to design and implement action plans that improve productivity, conversion, cross-selling and clienteling across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
- Develop monthly and annual sales forecasts, set targets to support P&L planning, and prepare monthly business reviews with actionable follow-up plans.
- Monitor store performance versus budget and forecast; analyze conversion rates, traffic, appointments and other KPIs to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback and targeted training to store directors and retail teams; track KPI achievement and implement corrective actions as required.
- Collaborate with HQ Retail Excellence, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and CRM teams to align product, presentation and client programmes with market dynamics and brand standards.
- Lead and coordinate regional retail projects (clienteling programmes, KPI contests, service refreshes) and support new store openings, relocations and renovations.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including expense control, recruitment, inventory management, security and safety to ensure operational consistency across the network.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management, reporting on sales performance, inventory status and other critical retail issues.
- Degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in retail operations; solid background in fashion retail preferred.
- Proven commercial acumen with ability to operate in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Analytical mindset with capacity to translate data insights into practical solutions and action plans.
- Proven track record of driving projects from concept to implementation and improving retail processes.

At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in retail operations or a related retail function, preferably within fashion or luxury brands. Demonstrated experience in multi-market performance management, store openings/renovations and delivering measurable improvements in conversion, sales productivity and clienteling.
Degree in Business or related discipline
