- Collaborate with Retail Head to design and implement strategies to enhance productivity, conversion, and clienteling results.
- Develop and manage monthly and annual sales forecasts, setting targets to optimize P&L.
- Monitor store performance trends against budget and forecast, providing actionable insights to store management.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on retail team performance, tracking KPI achievements and offering training and action plans.
- Analyze conversion rates and other productivity metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Coordinate with corporate teams to develop initiatives aimed at improving sales and store performance.
- Maintain communication with senior management, reporting on sales performance, store activities, and inventory situations.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and implement plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with HQ Retail Excellence team to identify operational improvements and ensure consistency across stores.
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, expense control, staff recruitment, training, and inventory management.
- Support new store openings, client events, and strategic retail activations with operational excellence.
- Partner with Training and Merchandising teams to design training programs and align product strategies with market needs.
- Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure store presentations reflect brand guidelines and local market dynamics.
- Liaise with CRM team to design and implement client programs across the region.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of translating insights into solutions.
- Ability to champion new tools and ideas from concept through implementation.
- Project management skills with the capability to drive projects independently.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools or innovative retail technologies is a plus.
A minimum of 8 years in a retail function, with solid experience in fashion retail preferred.
Degree in Business or related discipline.
