- Collaborate with Retail Head to design and implement action plans to enhance productivity, conversion, cross-selling, and clienteling results.
- Formulate monthly and annual sales forecasts, setting targets to optimize P&L planning.
- Monitor and report on store performance trends, providing actionable insights to store management.
- Track and review retail team performance, offering training and feedback to improve KPIs.
- Analyze conversion rates and other metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop monthly initiatives and long-term action plans with corporate teams to boost sales and store performance.
- Communicate regularly with senior management, providing reports on sales performance and store activities.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with HQ Retail Excellence team to improve operational consistency and excellence.
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, expense control, staff management, and inventory.
- Support new store openings, relocations, and renovations.
- Lead retail performance projects for Hong Kong and Macau.
- Design and deliver training programs with the Training team and Retail Head.
- Align product strategies with market needs in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Ensure store presentations maximize commercial impact with the Visual Merchandising team.
- Liaise with the CRM team to design and implement client programs.
- Act as a bridge between store teams and support functions to ensure effective initiative execution.
- Degree in Business or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics tools or innovative retail technologies is a plus.
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
