1. Compile weekly sales reports.
2. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of collection performance.
3. Perform monthly and seasonal analyses, including sales summaries, sell-through rates, and top product categories.
4. Assist in showroom preparation and execution, including buying tool preparation and purchase consolidation by region and category.
5. Prepare debrief presentations for top management.
6. Conduct competitive analysis on pricing and product offerings.

1. Currently pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Business or related field.
2. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English is essential.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint.
3. Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
4. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Previous experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.

Master's degree in Business or related field, or currently in a gap year from a business school.
