Yves Saint Laurent Ready-to-Wear Operations Assistant Intern

- Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including atelier, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, and aftersales.
- Support the follow-up of ready-to-wear production processes.
- Update systems and documentation related to ready-to-wear production.
- Monitor dashboards for departments such as Production and Compliance.
- Assist in the administrative management and organization of files.
- Contribute to the establishment of the model depot space.
- Execute and track projects related to sustainable development.
- Analyze collection models to determine necessary tests and supplier alerts.
- Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
- Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups according to production deadlines.
- Communicate test reports effectively.
- Verify composition labels for regulatory compliance.
- Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (BAC+4/BAC+5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data extraction, pivot tables).
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Dynamic, curious, with excellent interpersonal skills, recognized for rigor, organization, and service orientation.
Relevant internship or work experience in fashion operations or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (BAC+4/BAC+5).
