Yves Saint Laurent Production Coordinator

1. Oversee production management of Lifestyle and Culture products.
2. Control purchase tables before production launch.
3. Place product orders with suppliers and external service providers.
4. Order packaging, leaflets, labels, and other accessories related to finished products.
5. Input and verify costs in the internal software Stealth (S3K / AS400).
6. Negotiate pricing and manufacturing timelines.
7. Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to preempt delays.
8. Track packaging shipments to finished product suppliers.
9. Coordinate and manage deliveries of finished products to warehouses and verify stock integration.
10. Analyze production expenses, considering manufacturing, transport, and packaging costs.
11. Update and manage various production tracking tables.
12. Monitor and manage the production database (integration, forecasts, costs, RP, etc.).
13. Provide weekly reports on shipments, deliveries, and stock integrations to internal teams.
14. Control production orders versus CS orders (Retail orders).
15. Extract material compositions of products.
16. Manage invoicing and advance payments for service providers and suppliers.
17. Act as the key contact for supplier disputes or specific requests from Retail teams.

1. Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Firm yet diplomatic communication with various stakeholders.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, organizational skills, autonomy, availability, flexibility, dynamism, and perseverance.
4. Outstanding negotiation skills.
5. Adaptability and precision in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
7. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
