Yves Saint Laurent Product Development Intern

- Assist in the management of product launches, including sample reception, quality control, and measurement sheet management.
- Oversee the handling, dispatch, and development of supplies.
- Develop and maintain bill of materials documentation.
- Support special projects, VIP, and press initiatives.
- Participate in sourcing and tracking material orders, including attending trade shows and supplier meetings.
- Facilitate communication between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising teams.
- Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplier follow-ups and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge.
- Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is required.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, dynamism, and availability.
