1. Assist in the management of product launches, including sample reception, quality control, and measurement sheet management.
2. Oversee the handling, dispatch, and development of supplies.
3. Develop and maintain bill of materials documentation.
4. Support special projects, VIP, and press initiatives.
5. Participate in sourcing and tracking material orders, including attending trade shows and supplier meetings.
6. Facilitate communication between the studio, factories, production, and merchandising teams.
7. Update various communication and collection tracking tools (PLM).
8. Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplier follow-ups and invoicing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
2. Strong product sensitivity and technical knowledge.
3. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is required.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, dynamism, and availability.
