- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to retail staff needs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and consultations to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
- Create engaging training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online content.
- Deliver training sessions using various methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning approaches.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest retail trends and training techniques to continuously improve training programs.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail staff and trainers.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, progress, and outcomes.
- Conduct research on imagery, materials, and craftsmanship in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Develop training materials for both permanent and seasonal collections, covering Men's and Women's Ready-to-Wear and Accessories.
- Create and write compelling content, including product descriptions, storytelling, client benefits, and styling recommendations.
- Design digital training tools and digitize existing training content.
- Propose and develop new training formats and tools.
- Customize in-person training materials for different audiences.
- Assist in organizing training events in coordination with Regional Training Managers.
- Occasionally conduct training sessions in boutiques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, fashion, merchandising, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and adapt to various learning styles.
- Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency preferred.
- Strong product sensitivity and passion for fashion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, fashion, merchandising, or a similar role is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Retail Management, or a related field.
