Yves Saint Laurent Press Assistant (Intern)

1. Manage daily requests for product shopping, imagery and photo credits for press enquiries.
2. Coordinate sample logistics: track outbound shipments and returns (sample traffic) for the France/Europe press office.
3. Support selection, sourcing and reservation of press samples in collaboration with showroom and prototype teams.
4. Liaise with internal packaging, showroom and prototype services to ensure sample readiness and return procedures.
5. Maintain and update the journalist and editorial contact database.
6. Assist editorial shopping services and contribute to the development of shopping strategies.
7. Support media monitoring and competitive press intelligence activities.
8. Provide operational assistance on press events and editorial activations as required.

1. Tertiary education in communications, public relations, press, or business preferred.
2. Fluent written and spoken French and English.
3. Proven organisational skills, versatility, rigour and a professional telephone manner.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) is a plus.
5. Motivation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Internship-level role; previous internships or coursework in fashion PR, communications or editorial operations are advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferably studying or recently graduated in communications, press/public relations, journalism or business.
