- Select technical solutions for pattern adjustments.
- Create patterns using flat pattern making, digitization, industrialization, and grading with CAD/CAE tools.
- Develop technical product dossiers.
- Adapt base patterns to various materials.
- Oversee the creation of countertypes/prototypes in-house or via subcontractors, making necessary pattern adjustments.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of patterns with technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with workshops, purchasing departments, and subcontractors.
- Travel to Paris for production fittings and to subcontractor locations domestically and internationally.
- Maintain and update digital files and archive patterns.
- BTS MMV or equivalent diploma.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Lectra Modaris (Expert V8), Illustrator, and PLM software.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Organizational and reactive skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
BTS MMV or equivalent diploma.
