1. Select technical solutions for pattern adjustments.
2. Create patterns using flat pattern making, digitization, industrialization, and grading with CAD/CAE tools.
3. Develop technical product dossiers.
4. Adapt base patterns to various materials.
5. Oversee the creation of countertypes/prototypes in-house or via subcontractors, making necessary pattern adjustments.
6. Ensure the quality and compliance of patterns with technical specifications.
7. Collaborate closely with workshops, purchasing departments, and subcontractors.
8. Travel to Paris for production fittings and to subcontractor locations domestically and internationally.
9. Maintain and update digital files and archive patterns.

1. BTS MMV or equivalent diploma.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Lectra Modaris (Expert V8), Illustrator, and PLM software.
2. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong teamwork abilities.
4. Organizational and reactive skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.

BTS MMV or equivalent diploma.
