- Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
- Prepare and reconcile the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnovers and implement specific action plans.
- Execute back-office action plans as defined by headquarters and ensure follow-up at the store level.
- Support the Assistant Store Director, Store Director, and Department Manager in achieving sales staff KPIs.
- Maintain the store's image in alignment with corporate standards and ensure staff adherence.
- Address customer complaints and manage the back-office process effectively.
- Assist the Store Director in team management, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.
- Commitment to participating in innovative projects.
- Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
- Proven managerial experience leading a team of three or more.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
