Yves Saint Laurent Operations Manager

- Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
- Prepare the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director.
- Support the Assistant Store Director, Store Director, and Department Manager in achieving KPIs.
- Maintain store image in line with corporate standards and ensure staff compliance.
- Address customer complaints and manage back office processes effectively.
- Assist in creating, supervising, and managing a team, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.
- Commitment to innovative projects.
- Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
- Proven managerial experience with a team of three or more.
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasiveness.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes.
