1. Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
2. Prepare the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
3. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
4. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director.
5. Support the Assistant Store Director, Store Director, and Department Manager in achieving KPIs.
6. Maintain store image in line with corporate standards and ensure staff compliance.
7. Address customer complaints and manage back office processes effectively.
8. Assist in creating, supervising, and managing a team, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.

2. Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
3. Proven managerial experience with a team of three or more.
