2. Collaborate with the Design Office to establish assembly lines with optimal procedures.
3. Perform cost analysis for each operation.
4. Seek assembly optimizations.
5. Monitor new technologies and manufacturing methods.
6. Participate in workstation balancing and chain implementation with group leaders.
7. Conduct workstation checks to ensure operational procedures are followed.
8. Maintain and update the time catalog.
9. Analyze product valuation, including production costs and model profitability.
10. Work closely with the technical manager and group leaders to optimize production and improve work methods.
11. Confirm negotiated prices with subcontractors.

1. BTS in Production Engineering or Methods Training
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), Lectra, Illustrator
2. Strong communication skills
