- Develop and align sales forecasts with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead monthly forecast meetings with regional planners to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor key metrics such as forecast accuracy and sales trends, recommending corrective actions.
- Provide insightful monthly reports and long-term forecasts for strategic planning.
- Manage inventory levels, balancing forecasted sales with optimal stock.
- Collaborate with production teams to plan reorders and adjust for capacity changes.
- Identify risks or opportunities in stock levels and propose optimization strategies.
- Present monthly updates on sales, forecasts, and key insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Retail and Collection Merchandising to align assortments and seasonal strategies.
- Lead or support projects to enhance processes and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Master’s degree from a Business School or Engineering School or equivalent program.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Analytical thinking and strong collaboration skills.
- Proactive and business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Product sensitivity and market knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Italian is advantageous.
5 years of experience in a similar merchandising planning role within the luxury fashion industry.
Master’s degree from a Business School or Engineering School or equivalent program.
