- Monitor and analyze the global performance of Women's RTW and Shoes collections.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key merchandising KPIs.
- Track sales against sales plans across all regions.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales forecasts by region.
- Analyze forecast accuracy versus actual sales and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Participate in monthly forecasting meetings and support preparation materials.
- Update and maintain the store assortment tool for forecasting and reorder processes.
- Monitor global reorders and analyze their performance.
- Support reorder opportunities in line with sales forecasts, inventory, and production planning.
- Track delivery schedules to ensure timely drops aligned with regional events.
- Facilitate communication with collection and retail merchandising teams.
- Coordinate with regional buying and merchandise planning teams.
- Liaise with production and supply chain departments for delivery and stock optimization.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in product and market performance data.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required, but a strong analytical mindset and interest in fashion merchandising are essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
