1. Oversee the organizational aspects of the collection.
2. Code and update model information in the PLM system.
3. Create and maintain model sheets and collection plans.
4. Manage special orders for press, VIPs, and trunk shows, including reporting.
5. Coordinate prototype logistics and legal deposits.
6. Monitor model alterations throughout the collection process.
7. Assist in office maintenance, including archiving and organizing prototypes and fabric samples.

1. Previous experience in luxury or fashion is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong command of Word and Excel.
4. Familiarity with PLM software is a plus.
