Yves Saint Laurent Marketing Operations Assistant Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in luxury fashion, was established in 1961 and pioneered the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with its 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966, symbolizing youth and freedom. As part of the Kering Group since 1999, Saint Laurent continues to lead the luxury fashion industry under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello. The brand offers a wide array of collections including women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Conduct internal and competitive market studies, analyzing marketing and e-marketing tools, subject lines, and ROI of special projects.
- Prepare project recap documents and e-cards.
- Monitor competitive activities.
- Support the management of the communication plan, including calendar creation and updates.
- Oversee e-cards/MMS for collections and store openings, manage briefs, follow up on tests, and coordinate dispatches.
- Weekly project recap tracking for the department.
- Assist in inter-departmental and regional project coordination.
- Provide global coordination support for special projects.
- Handle invoicing tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication, with a Master's preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Initiative and analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness.
- Fashion and luxury industry awareness.
No prior experience is required, but a strong interest in fashion and luxury marketing is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication, with a Master's preferred.
