Yves Saint Laurent Logistics Project Assistant Intern

- Update and ensure the reliability of packaging stock tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, and SQL queries to maintain optimal visibility.
- Participate in the comprehensive management of the packaging supply chain, including forecasting quantities, mitigating stockout risks, and establishing safety stock levels.
- Optimize and monitor global transportation in collaboration with Procurement teams, logistics providers, and suppliers.
- Integrate compliance constraints within an international framework.
- Define performance indicators (KPIs) and design dashboards to manage flows and measure operational efficiency.
- Engage in projects to revalue dormant stocks, such as event packaging.
- Contribute to continuous supply chain improvement through task automation and data reliability enhancement.
- Review supplier declarations and maintain the database based on supplier responses.
- Monitor and correct errors or adjust Master Data.
- Bachelor's degree +5, Engineering School, Business School, or University with a specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
- Strong interpersonal and reactive skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork proficiency.
- Comfortable in a multicultural and international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VBA).
- Knowledge of PLM and SQL is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree +5 in a relevant field.
