1. Ensure the accurate execution of the sewing phase for handbags according to company standards and timelines.
2. Perform sewing operations on individual parts and the finished product as per instructions.
3. Operate flatbed, arm, and column sewing machines.
4. Collaborate with colleagues within the department to ensure the correct flow of information and report any anomalies.

1. Minimum of three years of experience as a handbag sewing machine operator.

1. Proficient knowledge of various types of sewing machines, preferably including oscillating machines.
2. Strong understanding of leather materials.
3. Excellent manual dexterity.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Teamwork orientation.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury leather goods industry is required.
