- Construct the product mix during showroom sales according to Image and Core Offer recommendations, and order quantities per store based on purchasing budgets.
- Elaborate planning for new collections’ launches in stores, considering deliveries and market seasonality.
- Support Store Directors in managing product performance through regular exchanges and store presence.
- Train sales teams on investments, stock issues, and Image strategies through information packages and in-store presentations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports per collection, store, and product range, analyzing resale rates.
- Propose and implement sales initiatives to enhance performance by collaborating with Visual Merchandising, CRM, Retail, and Press/Image departments.
- Manage stock transfers and restocking processes.
- Communicate with product managers on performance feedback during the season and produce end-of-season performance reports by product typology.
- Prepare and launch sales periods.
- Support the new positioning of Saint Laurent and lead projects related to store network expansion.
- Higher business education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within an international environment
- Mandatory fluency in English
- Understanding and sensitivity towards the Women Category, especially Handbags & Leather Goods
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for figures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an international environment is required.
Higher business education is required.
