- Ensure the fine-tuning of models for production, collaborating with development and production teams to guarantee product feasibility and optimize time and costs while adhering to the company's quality standards.
- Execute the industrialization of models by identifying the best production methodologies to ensure the desired aesthetics and quality.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in new models slated for production.
- Evaluate production timelines, costs, and feasibility.
- Regularly create and share reports on activity progress.
- Collect and share technical, aesthetic, and process information with the production and quality departments.
- Inspect and validate the first quality production pieces.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in industrialization roles within luxury leather goods companies or direct suppliers.
- 7-8 years of experience in the leather goods sector as a CAD modeler.
- Excellent knowledge of CAD systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficiency in English.
A minimum of 7-8 years in the leather goods industry, with substantial experience in CAD modeling and industrialization processes.
