1. Propose, evaluate, design, and implement learning and development programs for global corporate and retail teams.
2. Develop a framework for building soft skills, managerial upskilling, and leadership capabilities.
3. Conduct annual learning needs analysis and design a global annual learning plan.
4. Act as an internal consultant providing people and team development learning solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership and key talent development programs.
6. Leverage feedback from cross-functional and HR leaders to improve global training offerings.
7. Plan, manage, and track the global learning budget.
8. Participate in the Global Kering Learning Community and promote learning programs.
9. Provide a framework for corporate leaders and HR teams to define and anticipate training gaps.
10. Ensure robust measurement and analytics to monitor the impact of learning and development.
11. Manage digital learning platforms and collaborate on their design and enhancement.
12. Conduct research on training trends and market-leading practices.
13. Undertake ad hoc HR-related projects.
