Responsibilities
- Propose, evaluate, design, and implement learning and development programs for global corporate and retail teams.
- Develop a framework for building soft skills, managerial upskilling, and leadership capabilities.
- Conduct annual learning needs analysis and design a global annual learning plan.
- Act as an internal consultant providing people and team development learning solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver leadership and key talent development programs.
- Leverage feedback from cross-functional and HR leaders to improve global training offerings.
- Plan, manage, and track the global learning budget.
- Participate in the Global Kering Learning Community and promote learning programs.
- Provide a framework for corporate leaders and HR teams to define and anticipate training gaps.
- Ensure robust measurement and analytics to monitor the impact of learning and development.
- Manage digital learning platforms and collaborate on their design and enhancement.
- Conduct research on training trends and market-leading practices.
- Undertake ad hoc HR-related projects.
