- Implement the Kering Group Compliance program within the brand.
- Conduct audits and enhance the internal control procedures.
- Draft, disseminate, and ensure adherence to internal control rules.
- Train operational teams on Compliance program components.
- Define and execute project management in Compliance and Internal Control.
- Participate in key projects to represent Compliance and Internal Control interests.
- Coordinate operational audits with the group's internal audit teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc audits of operational entities.
- Develop and implement risk detection and prevention plans.
- Establish KPIs and reporting to measure internal control performance.
- Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in Law, Business School, or University.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
- Fluent in English.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent synthesis skills, including curiosity, agility, and analytical prowess.
4 to 5 years in internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
Advanced degree (Bac+4/5) in Law, Business School, or University.
The position offers a permanent contract and is based in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of Paris.
