- Assist in the development and deployment of internal communication campaigns and events globally.
- Collaborate with various departments within Saint Laurent and Kering Group.
- Draft engaging internal institutional content.
- Support the production of internal communication tools across print and digital platforms.
- Implement internal communication campaigns across all internal channels.
- Create monthly performance tracking reports.
- Participate in organizing regular events for Paris-based employees, including logistics and invitation management.
- Manage the logistics of events and create post-event summary documents.
- Oversee the skills-based volunteering program for employees in France, Italy, and the UK.
- Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
- Fluency in French and English with excellent writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability and an agile mindset.
- Proactive and autonomous with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital environments and social media.
- Awareness of the latest trends in employee engagement and experience.
- Affinity for luxury and fashion brands.
Prior experience in a communication or marketing role within the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
Internship based in Paris 7 for a duration of 6 months, starting March 2025.
