1. Assist in understanding and supporting IT needs within the manufacturing environment.
2. Contribute to the development of processes, applications, and systems for manufacturing.
3. Participate in defining project scopes and planning with internal teams and external partners.
4. Support end users by sharing knowledge and managing support requests.
5. Utilize ticketing and project management tools effectively.
6. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives with the YSL Tech Team.
7. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
8. Participate in testing activities.

1. Diploma of IT expert or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

1. Openness to learning new technologies and innovation.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in IT or related fields is necessary.

Diploma of IT expert or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
