- Support the Human Resources Department in daily administrative tasks and processes.
- Collaborate with HR administration to track, review, and analyze employee documentation.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting reference checks.
- Participate in Federal and State labor law projects, Employee Relations, and Training and Development initiatives.
- Provide HR support to US Boutiques.
- Manage office and kitchen supply orders and organization.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.
- Availability to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
- Previous HR internship experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- High level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
