- Sort and maintain a pool of CVs from advertisements and walk-ins.
- Review applicants' CVs to assess alignment with position requirements.
- Conduct reference and background checks for prospective employees.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in anticipation of recruitment needs.
- Coordinate with local and international recruitment agencies for external recruitment campaigns.
- Arrange interviews with HR, Retail Director, and General Manager.
- Add new employees to Workday and complete their profiles.
- Prepare materials for new employee orientation and manage necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with Kering Shared Services for NOCs and salary certificate requests.
- Liaise with management for probationary period confirmations.
- Coordinate recruitment support with HRSS, including visa and labor card applications.
- Ensure employee files are current and conduct monthly updates.
- Monitor and update leave balances on Workday.
- Submit monthly payroll entries and reports for retail employees to Kering HRSS.
- Assist in coordinating business travel bookings and visas for training purposes.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding of employees and manage exit documentation.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Capacity to learn and acquire new skills effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
- Personable with the ability to interact comfortably with diverse individuals
- Ability to share and receive feedback constructively
No prior experience required, but familiarity with HR processes is advantageous.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
