- Sort and maintain a database of CVs from various recruitment channels.
- Evaluate applicants' CVs to ensure alignment with position requirements.
- Conduct reference and background checks for prospective employees.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Coordinate with local and international recruitment agencies for external hiring campaigns.
- Arrange interviews with HR, Retail Director, and General Manager.
- Onboard new employees by adding them to Workday and completing their profiles.
- Prepare orientation materials and necessary documentation for new employees.
- Coordinate with Kering Shared Services for documentation requests such as NOCs and salary certificates.
- Liaise with management for probationary period confirmations.
- Support recruitment processes with HR Shared Services, including visa and labor card applications.
- Ensure employee files are up-to-date and conduct monthly audits.
- Manage leave balances and updates on Workday.
- Submit monthly payroll entries for retail employees, including commissions and bonuses.
- Generate and submit monthly payroll reports for retail.
- Assist in coordinating business travel bookings and visas for training purposes.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes and collect necessary documentation.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Aptitude for learning and acquiring new skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
- Personable with the ability to interact comfortably with diverse individuals.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
No specific experience required, but prior exposure to HR functions is advantageous.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
