Responsibilities
  1. Support the HR Manager with administrative and documentation activities, collaborating with Group HR Shared Services.
  2. Prepare reports related to company personnel and internal HR activities.
  3. Assist in the implementation of people management processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and training.
  4. Support the HR team in managing ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  2. Previous experience in similar roles or strong interest in HR
  3. Proactivity and initiative
  4. Teamwork skills
  5. Good command of English
Skills
  1. MS Office package (especially Excel)
Experience Requirements

Previous experience in similar roles or a strong interest in the HR field is required.
