Yves Saint Laurent HR Business Partner

- Act as a strategic partner to operational teams and store managers, supporting talent management and HR policy implementation.
- Support business priorities with appropriate HR actions and collaborate with store managers.
- Assist in store openings, closures, and other significant events in collaboration with the Western Europe management team.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies and support the implementation of HR decisions and projects.
- Develop middle management in performance management and ensure high standards of performance analysis.
- Promote and facilitate internal mobility and succession planning.
- Manage recruitment processes and ensure alignment of resources with business needs.
- Support social dialogue and manage individual cases, including disciplinary situations in collaboration with legal services.
- Develop HR projects based on business needs and HRBP expertise.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of the retail sector.
- Business-oriented approach.
- Autonomy in managing challenging situations and adaptability.
- Experience in social relations.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role within the retail sector.
Advanced degree in Business School or University with a specialization in Human Resources and/or Social Law.
