1. Collaborate with FP&A and Shared Services to set and analyze sales and category targets on a yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of actual versus budget progression, including market trend forecasting and cost control.
3. Prepare detailed financial reports, including daily retail sales versus targets and year-to-date comparisons by store and category.
4. Manage operating expenses and balance sheets, ensuring accurate cost center and account oversight.
5. Lead budget capex and depreciation analysis, focusing on store profit and loss.
6. Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and prepare financial vouchers for local and intercompany transactions.
7. Oversee monthly and year-to-date financial data closure in accordance with the Kering Accounting Manual.
8. Facilitate expense reporting and address inquiries from headquarters.
9. Support external and internal audits as needed.
10. Oversee inventory control and conduct bi-annual stock taking.
11. Assist with compliance and legal issues.
12. Contribute to the strategic expansion of the store network, including openings, refurbishments, and relocations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an international environment
3. Native proficiency in Japanese
4. Business proficiency in English

1. Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
3. Experience with accounting systems such as JDE, Hyperion, and Concur
4. Excellent communication skills

A minimum of 5 years in a similar finance role within an international setting is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
