Yves Saint Laurent Finance Manager

1. Collaborate with FP&A and Shared Services to set and analyze sales and category targets on a yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
2. Conduct detailed analysis and assumptions for target and budget forecasting, including market trend analysis and cost control simulations.
3. Prepare and report on retail daily sales versus targets and last year’s figures by store and category, as well as wholesale reports.
4. Manage operating expenses and balance sheets, ensuring accurate cost center and account management.
5. Oversee budget capex and depreciation, and analyze actual versus target and last year’s performance, focusing on store profit and loss.
6. Lead accounting procedures with SSC for voucher preparation, ensuring compliance with Kering Accounting Manual.
7. Submit monthly and YTD financial data to headquarters and respond to inquiries.
8. Support external and internal audits, oversee inventory control and stock taking, and assist with compliance and legal matters.
9. Lead projects related to the expansion of the store network, including openings, refurbishments, and relocations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an international environment.

1. Native proficiency in Japanese and business proficiency in English.
2. Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data.
3. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Familiarity with accounting systems such as JDE, Hyperion, and Concur is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a finance-related position within an international setting is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
