- Collaborate with the Retail Area Manager and EMEA Training Manager to identify local needs and create customized action plans.
- Partner with store directors and training ambassadors to deliver training aligned with local requirements.
- Champion the brand's key messages and elevate the selling skills of client advisors.
- Execute and evaluate the Saint Laurent client experience through in-class training sessions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a consistent and comprehensive introduction.
- Facilitate the integration of omnichannel tools in collaboration with the operations team.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, focusing on client experience evaluation.
- Ensure seamless integration of e-learning content.
- Proven experience in luxury retail with management responsibilities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of client experience in retail.
- Fluency in local language and English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in facilitation, coaching, and teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Agility and confidence with digital devices and back-office software.

Relevant experience in luxury retail, including management roles, is required.
