1. Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up, printing, and organizing documents, and checking equipment.
2. Welcome and manage appointments and visitors.
3. Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and available.
4. Coordinate with the IT team for daily technical needs.
5. Process invoices and handle administrative follow-up.
6. Manage expense reports and GIFTY declarations.
7. Archive documents both physically and digitally.
8. Send parcels, gifts, and various orders.
9. Coordinate with the boutique and packaging service.
10. Manage lists for gifts, supplies, and contacts.
11. Order flowers, supplies, and other necessary office items.

4. Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
5. Ability to work independently while communicating effectively.

Experience in administrative support or a related field is preferred.

Education in executive assistance, hospitality, administrative management, or equivalent.
