- Support the production and logistics of client events globally, including dinners, cocktail parties, collection launches, store openings, pop-ups, previews, virtual showrooms, and aftershows.
- Assist in event production coordination with the Image department for tools such as invitations and e-vites.
- Book talent including hair stylists, makeup artists, and models.
- Coordinate necessary orders for event production.
- Research new venues, suppliers, artists, and trends.
- Prepare and manage event materials pre- and post-event.
- Manage event inventory, including tracking entries, exits, and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support, including note-taking and meeting minutes, and manage travel bookings.
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor events and update guidelines.
- Assist with archiving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong interest in luxury and event communication.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, meticulous, and dynamic.
- Team player.
No specific experience required, but a keen interest in luxury fashion and event management is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
