1. Develop and standardize operational guidelines to ensure excellence in stores across the EMEA region.
2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize in-store performance and deliver a seamless customer experience.
3. Champion the implementation of best practices and systems to elevate the brand experience and reinforce customer-centricity.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to retail leadership, aligning commercial objectives with operational execution to accelerate sustainable business growth.
5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with regional teams.
6. Oversee the EMEA retail training function, fostering a culture of learning and performance.
7. Lead retail performance team to deliver deep, data-driven insights.
8. Embed a culture of continuous performance dialogue through real-time KPI monitoring and proactive performance management.
9. Partner with General Managers to adapt local strategies.
