- Enhance client engagement with the brand using available tools.
- Recruit, develop, and animate customer loyalty initiatives.
- Develop a network of key figures in the luxury sector to promote client loyalty, especially among VICs and VIPs.
- Monitor key sales indicators and guide the team in achieving objectives.
- Implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Communicate reports to the Store Director, Deputy Director, and boutique staff.
- Significant experience in luxury product sales and client portfolio development.
- Proven managerial experience with the ability to report, develop, and train a team.
- Commitment to innovative projects.
- Expertise in products and a strong fashion culture.
- Client-focused mindset before financial considerations.
- Rigorous and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on floor and stock needs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
