Yves Saint Laurent Department Manager

- Supervise sales to ensure customer engagement and uphold the brand's qualitative standards.
- Maintain an excellent and professional level of customer service within the department.
- Inform and drive team performance based on store KPIs.
- Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
- Identify and develop team members' strengths through training and coaching.
- Support the Store Director in coordinating morning briefings, one-on-one meetings, and personal development plans.
- Manage delicate situations related to product issues.
- Adhere to and enforce all Company Policies & Operational Procedures.
- Build a network to promote customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs.
- Lead by example and act as a brand ambassador.
- 3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Proven management experience with the ability to achieve results through feedback and coaching.
- Product sensitivity and extensive product knowledge within the category.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with prioritization skills.
- Adaptability, transparency, and curiosity.
- Willingness to engage in innovative projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Positive attitude with ambition to learn and develop.
3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales, with proven management capabilities.
