- Adhere to and enforce Company Policies and Operational Procedures.
- Cultivate a network impacting local and international luxury businesses to enhance customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs.
- Exemplify brand values and act as a brand ambassador.
- 3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Proven management experience with a track record of achieving results through feedback and coaching.
- Extensive product knowledge and sensitivity within the category.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Adaptable, transparent, and curious approach.
- Willingness to engage in innovative projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for customer service.
- Positive attitude with ambition for learning and development.
3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales, with proven management capabilities.
