4. Implement and follow up on action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
5. Identify and nurture team members' strengths, fostering professional growth through training and coaching.
6. Assist the Store Director with morning briefings, one-on-one meetings, and personal development plans.
7. Manage sensitive situations related to product issues.
8. Adhere to and enforce Company Policies and Operational Procedures.
9. Cultivate a network impacting local and international luxury businesses to enhance customer loyalty, especially with Top Clients and VICs.
10. Exemplify brand values and act as a brand ambassador.

1. 3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Proven management experience with a track record of achieving results through feedback and coaching.
3. Extensive product knowledge and sensitivity within the category.
