1. Supervise sales activities to ensure customer engagement and maintain the brand's qualitative standards.
2. Ensure the department consistently delivers exceptional customer service.
3. Communicate store performance and KPIs to the team, driving KPI achievement.
4. Implement and monitor action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director.
5. Identify and nurture team members' strengths, fostering professional growth through training and coaching.
6. Support the Store Director in coordinating and delivering morning briefings, one-on-one meetings, and personal development plans.
7. Manage sensitive product-related issues personally.
8. Adhere to and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
9. Build a network to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on Top Clients and VICs.
10. Lead by example and act as a brand ambassador.

1. 3-4 years of significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Proven management experience with a track record of achieving results through feedback and coaching.
3. Extensive product knowledge and sensitivity within the category.
4. Strong focus on customer experience and loyalty.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize business needs.
6. Adaptable, transparent, and curious approach.
